Jim was born and raised in Wanamaker, Indiana. He has finance degrees from the University of Evansville and the University of Connecticut Graduate School of Business. Jim is an avid tennis player and a long-time volunteer for the Heartland Film Festival and the Indy 500 Festival Parade.
